A former fisherman's cottage in the heart of Fowey, The Doll House has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. Spread over 4 levels this lovely holiday home sleeps 6 people and has been furnished with brand new contemporary furniture and has a bright and relaxed atmosphere.

	Bedroom 1 Brightly furnished room with king size walnut bed, french doors leading to private patio with views of the river. En-suite shower. Tv/dvd player, hair dryer.
	Bedroom 2 Oak double bed with bedside tables and bubble lamps. Full length mirror and hair dryer.
	Bedroom 3 Oak twin beds, funky bedside lamp. built in wardrobe.
	Kitchen Diner Large kitchen with breakfast bar. Dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. Separate dining table to seat six. iPod mount.
	Bathroom With bath and shower.
	Large lounge Sky TV/DVD player with double Bi-folding doors leading onto balcony with LED up-lighters overlooking Fowey Estuary and the harbour of Polruan.

Please note; we have no on-site parking but there are 3 car parks within walking distance to the cottage. Not suitable for young children and babies. The Doll House is also a smoke free and pet free property.
