Terms and Conditions
A £200 deposit is required (non-refundable) to secure the Doll House per week.
Balance of booking to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday.
The Doll House will be available from 3pm on the day of entry. The property must be vacated no later than 11am on departure date.
A damage deposit of £100 is required for new customers. The guest is asked to report any damage or breakages on departure day. Any professional cleaning charges or professional fees will be deducted from the damage deposit. Normal wear and tear is excluded from this. The damage deposit bond will be refunded in full if the property has been left in good order.
CANCELLATION – we are unable to offer Cancellation Insurance. We recommend holiday cancellation insurance is taken out independently as once the deposit has been taken the full balance will become payable on the due date. Should we, however, manage to re-let the cancelled holiday, the balance less the deposit will be refunded.
Bed linen and towels included.
Heating and electricity included.
No pets are allowed at The Doll House.
The Doll House is not recommended for young children and babies.
The Doll House has a strict no smoking policy.
If for any reason beyond our control we cannot honour your holiday booking we will notify you immediately and either refund monies in full or try to find alternative accommodation at no extra cost to yourselves.
